Al-Kassabi Signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Trade with the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Maldives

The Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Authority Board of Directors, Dr. Majed Al-Kassabi, met with the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Mr. Mohamed Saeed, on Monday, September 30, 2024.
In the meeting, the General Authority of Foreign Trade signed a MOU in the field of trade with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of the Maldives, aiming to enhance the trade cooperation between the two countries in the field of goods and services.
The MOU included the exchange of experiences, information and legislation in the areas of trade, opportunities for improvement and development, market research and other areas of mutual interest, encourage participation in exhibitions, symposia, and forums, and exploring trade opportunities including digital platforms that showcase publicly available trade opportunities, policies and legislation.
