Undersecretaries of the Ministries of Commerce in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries hold the 60th preparatory meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in Kuwait, with the participation of the General Manager of International Organizations Mr. Jihad Alhuthail.
The meeting aims to enhance cooperation between GCC countries and discuss several topics in preparation for the (68) Meeting of the GCC countries' Ministerial Committee for Trade Cooperation. The meeting also highlights to monitor updates and adopt a unified methodology for preparing commercial legislative instruments for the GCC countries, monitor updates in implementing and preparing unified commercial laws drafts, and review the outcomes and achievements of the subcommittees under the Trade Cooperation Committee, including the Internal Trade Committee, Foreign Trade Committee, Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurship, Consumer Protection Committee, along with their teams.
This meeting is to prepare for the (68) meeting of the GCC Ministries of Commerce and Industry, scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, 2025, in Kuwait.
