Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade has launched its newly revamped digital portal, designed in compliance with the Unified Platforms Code issued by the Digital Government Authority, as part of efforts to support Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation journey.

The upgraded portal aims to enhance user experience and its digital performance, in alignment with GAFT’s priorities and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Through the portal, GAFT provides a variety of digital services, including the Electronic Trade Remedies Law and Private Sector Inquiries and Support. The portal also offers access to information on commercial attachés, business councils, trade agreements, and other resources related to GAFT’s mandate and activities. GAFT invites all beneficiaries to visit the portal and take advantage of its features, as part of its efforts to facilitate access to digital services and deliver outstanding user experience.

The Unified Platforms Code serves as the national reference framework for standardizing the design of government platform interfaces across the Kingdo. It seeks to improve user experience by unifying the visual identity of digital government platforms, in line with global and local best practices and benchmarks, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for beneficiaries of digital government services in KSA.

GAFT continues to implement best practices and local and international standards to further advance digital government transformation. These efforts contribute to strengthening KSA’s international trade position, accelerating the empowerment of Saudi exports to access global markets, attracting investments, and safeguarding the KSA’s interests in foreign trade, thereby supporting the growth of the national economy.
