The provision of the Rules of Origin aim to regulate trade between the Kingdom and its trading parties. These provisions are used to determine the origin of imported goods and their eligibility for preferential tariffs under the regional and free trade agreements to which the Kingdom is a party. The rules also specify in detail the conditions and requirements that must be fulfilled for the issuance of a certificate of origin.
