About  Deputyship of shared services

​​​​​​​​ The Shared Services Deputyship works on achieving the GAFT's strategic objectives and plans by raising the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources, ensuring the preparation and application of laws, regulations and manuals related to the GAFT's work. It also works to build a balanced operating model and organizational structure for GAFT, define roles and responsibilities.



Missions

  1. Prepare plans related to the deputyship's work, and follow up on their approval and implementation. 
  2. Preparing the regulations related to the deputyship's work, and following up on their approval and implementation.
  3. Prepare and develop the human resources strategy.
  4. Provide appropriate information, documentation, and equipment for all other deputyships and their organizational units.
  5. Providing support services to implement, supervise and evaluate the activities of GAFT.
  6. Setting standards for measuring the performance of all support services, as well as reviewing and developing them on an ongoing basis.
  7. Supervise the organization and preservation of all GAFT documents in a manner that ensures ease of circulation, retrieval, and utilization.
  8. Supervise the conduct of procedural and organizational studies, submit and approve findings and recommendations, and follow up on their implementation.
  9. Supervise quality-related GAFT objectives, monitor related programs, and projects, and submit periodic follow-up reports.
  10. Follow up and coordinate the work of the Deputyship's organizational units and provide technical, and human support, as well as preparing and submitting periodic reports on the Deputyship's activities​ and achievements, as well as the obsta​cles, difficulties, and suggestions for development.
  11. Participate in the preparation of strategic and administrative objectives related to the Deputyship's activities and associated financial budgets.
  12. Supervising the financial planning and control process, and preparing the necessary financial accounts and reports.
  13. Supervise and manage training and development programs.
  14. Attracting national talents and specialized competencies in the fields of foreign trade.
  15. Carrying out any other tasks assigned to the deputyship in its scope of competence.​​
